HOW LONG DOES EKINOXE CONSULTING KEEP DATA ?

In accordance with Article 5, e. of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the personal data collected is kept by Ekinoxe Consulting in a form that allows identification of the persons concerned for no longer than is necessary with regard to the purposes for which they are processed.

 

Data from the pre-reservation database is kept for 18 months from the last contact.

 

Customer database data is kept for 3 years following the end of the current contractual relationship, and then in an intermediate database for the purposes of legal requirements.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS ?

Any individual subject to processing of personal data to the ability to exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability of their data and limitation to the processing of their data, in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, withdrawal of consent if the processing is based on this basis, as well as a right to define post-mortem directives in accordance with Article 85-1 of the amended No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms.

 

These rights may be exercised directly with EkinoxeConsulting. In accordance with current regulations, your request must be signed. Ekinoxe Consulting may ask you to prove your identity when contacting us.
